The hotel had beautiful, spacious rooms at a great price, but the dining experience was a bit of a disaster. The location, however, was awesome right near the river. The service received was really nice, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, probably one of the best rooms I have stayed in for a long time. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to downtown Bay City and enjoy the newer shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was awesome for breakfast, but unfortunately turned into a disaster later on. Despite this, the hotel had great facilities and friendly service overall.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The location was awesome, right on the river within Uber distance of the downtown area, and close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were great, but being a smoking room and facing the lobby's wall was a downside. The service was wonderful, offering dry cleaning, laundry, welcome drinks, and even a happy hour. However, the dining experience turned into a disaster, lacking the expected quality. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups.
